How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Availability of our products is advised within the products information on our website. If you need an exact delivery time please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I return a product if it is not suitable?

All products have a 365 day return policy, with the exception of our self adhesive LED tape and LED Profiles. More information on our returns policy is available here.

Do you offer trade prices or wholesale prices?

Yes, we offer trade prices and volume related discounts for large orders. To discuss trade prices please contact us and one of the team will be able to help you.

Are your products protected by a warranty?

All of our products are covered by a warranty but the terms differ from one product to the next, varying from a 1 year warranty up to a 25 year warranty. To find out the warranty provided on any specific product simply view the ‘Warranty’ tab within the products information page.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse however, we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to ensure your items are picked, packed and ready for collection.

How will you deliver my order?

All of our orders are delivered using a courier to ensure that our customers receive a fast and reliable service. Our panel of couriers includes Royal Mail and DPD and more information relating to deliveries is available here.
